Guests are required to wear shirts and shoes to enter the facility. We do not allow clothing which exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin, which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment. No offensive clothing or visible tattoos are permitted.
Closed toed shoes are required for Axe Throwing, Darts & Laser Tag.
No perceived evidence of gang affiliation.
No firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed in the building, except by on duty law enforcement.
We do not allow any outside food or drinks in the building, apart from store purchased birthday cakes / cupcakes for pre-booked event celebrations.
No bags allowed in the building, except purses, all bags subject to search.
We will call the police with any signs of violence or intimidation towards staff or the premises.
No refunds will be provided after the performance time and date specified on the tickets. Ticket refunds can only be done up to one hour before the original show time.
No talking, texting, or disruptive behavior during the movie.
Loitering and/or solicitation of any kind is prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason without a refund.
No drug use including tobacco and marijuana on the premises. No smoking, vaporizers, electronic cigarettes or weed pens. No pipe, cigar smoking, snuff or chewing tobacco or edibles.
Only certified service animals are permitted in the building.
RoadHouse will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
We reserve the right to revoke permission for the use of photographic or video equipment at any time for any reason
You are required to be 18 years or older to throw Axes or Darts. The only exception is if a parent / guardian wants to throw axes with their own children, the age limit is 14.
If a guest elects to use their own bowling ball, our staff will examine it prior to play.
Liquor Policies
To consume alcoholic beverages, you must establish that you are at least 21 years of age. You must have a valid identification card issued by a state or governmental agency. We are unable to accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, altered, or damaged in any way. Mobile ID is not accepted as a form of identification.
We card anybody that looks under the age of 40.
We do not serve anybody showing signs of intoxication.
There is a 3-drink maximum if watching a movie at RoadHouse Cinemas.
We do not allow more than two drinks per hour per person in the bar or in Roadies / Rail Yard or RoadHouse bar.
In Roadies / Rail Yard, pitchers are available only for 2 or more guests.
